The war for teaching talent in our educational system is real. Every school is looking for the best teachers and graduates out there.In Belgium, we have certain stereotypes about teachers… They don’t work much, they’re lazy, they have a lot of vacation, …

So why not use these stereotypes in our advantage and as a campaign basis? For GO! (Onderwijs van de Vlaamse Gemeenschap) we created a recruitment campaign using these negative stereotypes and turning them into a USP’s. A campaign that got noticed… to say the least…
